Mr. Sowerberry
Mr. Sowerberry is a character of the work of Charles Dickens, Oliver Twist. It is an old mortician, to whom Oliver is sold like apprentice, and truly the first adult to test compassion for him. Finding that the face of this last always had an air of deep melancholy, it will make an undertaker's assistant for children of it.
In the film adaptation of Roman Polanski, in 2005, Michael Heath interprête Mr. Sowerberry.
