Mr.3
Mr.3 is a character of the Manga One Piece . Mr.3 belongs to the criminal organization Baroque Works, where it makes team with Miss Goldenweek. Autoproclamé shining strategist, Mr.3 spends his time worked out complicated plans which he believes infallible. It is rather strong because it has the capacities of the Ciro-Fruit ( Doru Doru No Semi ) which enables him to create Cire starting from its body and to model it with its own way (wall, sword, armor, etc…).
It makes its first appearance in the island of Little-garden. In addition to having to remove Luffy he wants to benefit from it to kill the two giants Dorry and Brogy in order to gained the 200 million berrys of reward. Mr.0 will make it devour by its Bananacrocos. After this mishap, he will manage to release himself to be made almost immediately burst by Sandy.
