The “ Mouvement of the students for the reform of the teaching of the economy ” was born in 2000 following an open letter criticizing teaching from the economy in the French universities.

Gathered in collective named “Éconoclastes”, the members of the movement wrote in 2003 the work Petit breviary of the generally accepted ideas in economy .
