Moustapha Allouch (born in 1958) is a Lebanese politician.

Teenager, it fights near the Palestinian forces at the time the first two years of the Guerre of Lebanon, before starting studies of medicine at the American University of Beirut and the the United States.

He integrates the Running of the Future of Rafiq Hariri in 1998 and in 2005, he becomes appointed sunnite of Tripoli on the list of the Alliance of March 14th.

It is pointed out as from the summer 2006 by positions radically opposed to the Hezbollah.
