Moulay Ali Skalli

Moulay Ali Skalli was born with Fès with the Morocco. It is a Moroccan diplomat. He is deceased the October 11th 2007 in Suisse following a long illness.

Course of diplomat

After studies of right and Political sciences with Paris, he embraces the diplomatic career in 1959. He directed several directions to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to Reduction before being affected with the embassy from Morocco in Paris. Appointed successively ambassador in the Federal Republic of Germany, General secretary with the Ministry with Reduction, Ambassador Permanent representative in Geneva and finally Ambassador Permanent representative at the United Nations in New York.
