Mosset
Mosset is a common French, located in the department of the the Eastern Pyrenees and the area Languedoc-Roussillon. Its inhabitants is called Mossetans.
Geography
Located in the Valley of Castellane, between Campôme and the collar of Jau, with 12km of the sub-prefecture of Prades, and with 55km of the prefecture, Perpignan.

The cultural activity is opened out there with in particular the adaptation of two opera S " In connection with the barber of Seville " and " Crowned Carmen " according to the original booklets. The season 2007 proposed a setting in scene of the work of Miguel de Cervantes: Don Quichotte of the English Channel and will propose in 2008 a “adaptation” of the famous opera of Mozart: The Magic Flute.
The artistic activity is present thanks to many painters and craftsmen of art, who contribute to the local atmosphere with good spirit and harmony.
