Moroccan Chaâbi
The chaâbi (rear RTL شعبي) is a Musical genre Morocco Ain.
Origin and significance
Šaʿabī means “popular” in Arab (rear RTL شعب, šaʿab , “people”), it is one of the musical genres most widespread to the Morocco.
Instruments
The instrumentation of the Moroccan chaâbi is very similar to that of the Raï.
Expression
The chaâbi is a music which one frequently finds in the Mariage S and this style is often associated with the festival.
