Moritz Leuenberger
Moritz Leuenberger (born the September 21st 1946 with Bienne) is a politician Suisse member of the Socialist party. It is federal adviser since 1995.
Studies and career
- Lawyer
- Of 1972 to 1991, it chaired the Swiss Association of the tenants.

He is member of the Town council (Parliament) of the Town of Zurich of 1974 to 1983.
- He will be the lawyer of the victims of the mode of the Filipino dictator Marcos and will obtain the return of the funds of this last hidden in the Swiss banks.
- 1979-1995, it is elected with the National council (he was president of the parliamentary Board of inquiry on the business of the cards).
To advise State inhabitant of Zurich
- In 1991, it is elected with the Council of State (government of the Canton of Zurich). It directs there the department of the Interior and Justice.
Federal adviser
- It is elected the September 27th 1995 with the Federal council.
- It is charged to direct the federal Département of the environment, transport, energy and the communication since November 1st, 1995.
