Morgion

Morgion is a group of doom/Death American metal , Comté of Orange, California.

History

Morgion was formed in 1990, with Jeremy Peto (song/low), Rhett Davis (battery) and Dwayne Boardman (guitar). Their beginnings, they played of the Death metal. The first demonstration, Rabid decay , is recorded in 1991. It is followed of Travesty in 1993.

In 1994, Morgion slows down. The group adds novel members: Bobby Thomas (guitars) and ED Parker (keyboards). They record a new demonstration, which will be published in 1997 by Relapse records, under the title Among Majestic Ruin .

In 1998, Thomas and Parker are replaced by Gary Griffith (guitar, keyboards). Solinari' is enrgistrée in 1998, always on the same label. After this exit, the group arrète for differences in opinion.

The group returns in 2002, with a novel member: Justin Christian replaces Peto with low. A new album is carried out in April 2004, and leaves on a new label: Dark Symphonies. Cloaked by Ages, Crowned in Earth , is a continuity of Solinari with a strong accent on the atmospheres. The splitte group shortly after the exit of the album.
