Morfin Gaunt
It is the uncle of Voldemort. He spoke the Fourchelang (he does not use any other language, one can thus think that he speaks only Fourchelang) and died has Azkaban. Harry Potter and Dumbledore meets it in the memory of an employee of the Ministère of the Magic (Bob Ogden) singing a song with its snake.
