Morey-Saint-Denis

Morey-Saint-Denis is a common French, located at 17 km at the south of Dijon and 7 km in the north of Nuits-Saint-Georges in the department of the Coast-with Or and the area Burgundy.

This tourist and wine village located on the Road of the Great wines between Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny/VOUGEOT in the Côtes of Nights enjoys a world reputation of prestige thanks to its wines of Burgundy with five great wines and twenty first vintages.

The Vignoble of Morey-Saint-Denis on the Route of the Great wines in the Côtes of Nights is one of most prestigious Vignoble of Burgundy and even of the French and world vineyard with a surface of 150 Hectare S of Cépage black Pinot vinified out of red wine including 40 Hectare S classified in great wine and 44 Hectare S classified in first vintage. 3,5 Hectare S (that is to say 4%) are planted in Chardonnay which produce white wine name village.

The vineyard of Morey-Saint-Denis has for prestigious neighbors Gevrey-Chambertin in north and Chambolle-Musigny/VOUGEOT in the south and product with him only five of the 32 great wines AOC Bourguignons:
