Morelos
Morelos is small a State of Mexico of 4.941 km ², located at the center of the country, to 86 km in the south of the capital . With the census of the year 2000, Morelos counted 1.555.296 inhabitants; the population was estimated at 1.616.900 inhabitants in 2003. The State is divided into 33 municipalities: Amacuzac, Atlatlahuacan, Axochiapan, Ayala, Coatlán del Río, Cuautla, Cuernavaca, Emiliano Zapata, Huitzilac, Jantetelco, Jiutepec, Jojutla, Jonacatepec, Mazatepec, Miacatlán, Ocuituco, Puente de Ixtla, Temixco, Temoac, Tepalcingo, Tepoztlán, Tetecala, Tetela del Volcán, Tlalnepantla, Tlaltizapán, Tlaquiltenango, Tlayacapan, Totolapan, Xochitepec, Yautepec, Yecapixtla, Zacatepec and Zacualpan de Amilpas. At the time of this census, the most populated municipalities were: Cuernavaca with 338.706 inhabitants, followed by Jiutepec with 170.589 inhabitants, and finally Cuautla with 153.329 inhabitants. The other municipalities less counted all than 100.000 inhabitants, of which Texmico 63.700.
