Mordehai Milgrom

Mordehai Milgrom is a Physicien and Israeli Professor at the department of Physique of the condensed matter of the Institut Weizmann with Rehovot. It is famous to have proposed the Théorie MOND which is an alternative to the black Matière and the problem of the curves of rotation of the galaxies, in 1983. Milgrom suggests that the second law of Newton must be modified for very small accelerations.

Milgrom is married and it has three girls.
