The concept of moralities refers to a social Morale, allowing a balance, without it being necessary to resort to the right.
It is a contingent and subjective concept, since it subjects the justiciable one to the appreciation to the judge.
Today, the contents of this concept are discussed, and of many authors propose the implicit fusion of this concept with that of Law and order.
