Monterey Jazz Festival
The " Monterey Jazz Festival " is held the every years in September with Monterey, California since 1957.
It invited some of the great names of the Jazz, among them Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Dave Brubeck, Pat Metheny, Sarah Vaughan, Sony Rollins, Joe Henderson and Dizzy Gillespie.
In 2007 is inaugurated a series of discs presenting the memorable concerts of the festival.
