(6 738 places) |} Montana State Bobcats is a club general sports university of the Montana State University - Bozeman in the Montana. The teams of Bobcats take part in the university competitions organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Montana State belongs to division Big Sky Conference.

The most famous team of Bobcats is that of Basket-ball. At the end of the Years 1920, Montana State innovated by imposing a faster rate/rhythm on the play. It was the " racehorse basketball" who was worth in Bobcats of many successes. In 1928 - 1929, the team recorded 36 victories for 2 defeats, and was rewarded retroactively by the Helms foundation in 1936 for the university national title 1929.
