Montagnac-with Auberoche is a common French, located in the department of the the Dordogne and the area Aquitaine.
Geography
Place of the village, located on a height, the eyes embrace a panoramic sight from where, in clear weather, one can see the “Monédières” in other words the Mounts of Auvergne.

In the borough is the church Saint-Marc, building Romance of the 12th century (classified MH), whose restoration made it possible to discover beautiful frescos and blazons. Indeed after a hard work of cleaning, twelve coats of plaster and paints going back to various times as of superb frescos dated approximately from the 14th century were exposed.
Inside, the furnace bridge, very beautiful stone of country, on which a “crowned stone rests” representing 5 interlaced crosses.
The church can be visited; a booklet is placed at the disposal to comment on its history.
