Monneren
Monneren is a common French located in the department of the the Moselle.
Geography
History
- Depended on the old province of the Three bishoprices.
- Holy-Marguerite, additional of Monneren, was built into 1612/24 on order of the Duc of Lorraine.
- Very old site on the Roman Way of Metz to Trier.
- Lorraine Enclave attached to the seigniory of Sierck.
- Became French in 1661.
