Monferran-Savès

Monferran-Savès is a common French, located in the department of the Gers and the area the Midday-Pyrenees.

Geography

History

In the past Monferran-Cogotois, because the village belongs to the Counts d' Astarac, who are Vicomtes of Cogotois, the common one changes name at the time of the revolution of 1789 to become Monferran-Savès. In 1965, the commune of Garbic is attached to the village.
