Momoshiro Takeshi

Momoshiro Takashi is one of the characters of the manga the Prince of tennis .

He is a player of second year of Seigaku. Rival eternal of Kaidoh Kaoru, it dedicates a thankless struggle to him. This eagerness will however be worth to him the respect of its adversary and also of all its team. He is also the player nearest to Echizen Ryoma. Initially almost rival for the track of the players into simple, it ends up playing of the doubles with him.

Momoshiro is known for its aggressiveness, and its famous Dunk Smash particularly violent destabilized many adversaries. Out short, Momoshiro is a gifted boy of humor and rigolery, and who does not give up nothing in front of his gloutonnery. Momoshiro gains more and more the regard of its partners since he played into double official match with Echizen, Kikumaru, Kaidoh and Kawamura (and Inui in animates).

Momoshiro is strongly disturbed before the regional tournament since it was deposed row the regular ones, but returns to replace Oishi which was wounded.

Special blows

Dunk Smash: Smash particularly fast and violent one, able to strike certain adversaries (appearance: friendly match against Ryoma Echizen). Dunk Smash can be countered like any smash (for example with Higuma Otoshi). Sign characteristic: Momoshiro makes an enormous jump with the net.

Knife Jack: Momoshiro swivels to strike the ball whereas it leaps to make a reverse (appearance: match against Sengkou Kiyosomi)
