Molesme is a common French, located in the department of the Coast-with Or and the area Burgundy.

Geography

The village of Molesme is located at crossed of three departments: the Coast-with Or, where is established the commune, the Yonne, with 12km with the west and the Aube with 9km in the east. The village was built around the Benedictine abbey, with hillside, and overhangs part of the valley of the Laignes, between the old Gallo-Roman site of Vertillium and the first vines of Champagne.
