Mokrane Has Ziane

Mokrane Has-Ziane (or Arezki Has-Ziane ?) is the ex-person in charge of a Terrorist organization GIA in operative Kabylie in the area of Ath-Yenni.

It is born in the Thala village tazarth in the commune of Iboudrarène, Algérie. It seems that he showed during his life of the signs of dignity and great kindness, although he was implied in several operation of terror.

Its group would have taken part in the removal of the singer Matoub Lounès in 1994, but without assassinating it. A member of another GIA, Hassan Hattab, emits a fatwa condemning the group of Has Ziane not to have carried out it. Following this condamantion, several members of the group of Ziane would have tried to flee the country by using false passports.

Its group would be also implied in the assassination of the White Pères of Tizi Ouzou in 1994.

It is killed during an operation of the Algerian security forces in 1995 in the town of Tizi-Ouzou.
