Mohamed Benaissa
Mohamed Benaissa (rear RTL محمّدبنعيسى in Arab, born the January 3rd 1937 with Asilah with the Morocco), is a Moroccan politician . Foreign Minister of April 1999 with the October 15th 2007.
He was Minister for the Culture of 1985 with 1992 and ambassador with the the United States of 1993 with 1999.
