Mogale City

Mogale City is the sixth municipality of South Africa of many inhabitants. It is located in the province of Gauteng.

In 2001, the local council of the town of Krugersdorp was renamed Mogale City at the time when the new municipality was installation, gathering more than 300 thousand inhabitants.

The municipality of Mogale City comrpend cities and townships of Krugersdorp, Magaliesburg, Tarlton, Hekpoort, Muldersdrift, Krugersdorp West, Witpoortjie, Lewisham, Azaadville, Swannieville, Munsieville, Kagiso, Noordeheuwel, Silverfields, Monument, Rangeview, West Rand Idiots., Chamdor and Boltonia.
