Modica is a Italian city of the Province of Raguse in Sicily.
History
Monuments
- Cathedral San Giorgio, of style sicilian baroque, built of 1702 to 1738 pennies direction of the architect Rosario Gagliardi. The last stage of the bell-tower goes back to 1842. Interior decoration was renovated in the years 1900.
- Eglise San Pietro, built of 1695 to 1750 pennies the direction of Rosario Boscarino and Mario Spata.
