Modeling of procedure of company
The modeling of procedure of company or modeling of process trade or modeling of process indicates the creation of a Mathematical model of a Procédure of company.
BPM is the initials used, in reference to English “”.
This term returns to the techniques and activities of the discipline of Pilotage of procedure of company (here BPM for “”).
The fundamental distinction between these two concepts of BPM lies in the fact that for the second, one is interested to give to the Company the means of controlling and of controlling his process-trades, while the first only consists in always modelling them (with an objective coming from outside: optimization of line production, expression of functional needs for a Software development , reorganization following a bringing together between two subsidiary companies of a company, for example).
The modeling of process is used in management of quality to represent process, but also for the procedures of company and Workflow S with:
- the language of modeling of procedures (“Business Process Modeling Language” or BPML),
- the notation of models of procedures (“Business Process Modeling Notation” or BPMN).
