Mode (statistical)
See also: Mode
In Statistical analysis , the mode or dominant value indicates the value most represented of an unspecified variable in a population of objects, people, things. A distribution can be unimodal or multi-modal (bimodal, trimodale…), if two or several values of the variable considered emergent also.
In the case of a distribution in class S of equal amplitudes, the modal class indicates that which has strongest manpower. Convention is to call mode the center of the modal class. If the classes are various amplitudes, it is advisable to relativize to indicate this parameter. The modal class is then that which with the strongest density.
