Mixing Band Arm

History

Mixing Band Arm is created in 2005 by two impassioned of coppers and eager friends of to perpetuate in France a tradition of English the Band Arm. This unit tries to multiply them concerts in order to make known and to encourage the practice of this tradition born in England.

Formation made up of 28 musicians, Mixing Band Arm seeks to develop an overall sound which is typically Brass Band; by multiplying the number of repetitions, concerts and while taking part in contests such as the National Championship of Arm Band where it obtained a first price in the second division at the time of the year 2006.

Repertory

Its repertory is very varied: parts for arm band (Summon the Dragon, Gaelforce, Toccata Festival), arrangements of international variety (Angels - R. Williams/Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen), arrengements for arm band and choral society, film music, funk…
