Mittelhausbergen
Mittelhausbergen is a common French, located in the department of the the Low-Rhine and the area Alsace.
Geography
Mittelhausbergen is, with the foot of the hills of Hausbergen to ten kilometers in the North-West of Strasbourg, it belongs to CUS. Its communes bordering are Niederhausbergen in the North-East, Strasbourg in south-east, Oberhausbergen in south-west and Dingsheim in the North-West.
History
Mittelhausbergen does not mean the house in the middle of the hill. Indeed in German one reads on the basis of the end: that would thus mean the hill of house of the medium. The name comes in fact from the counts from husbergen and there are 3 villages: nieder, mittel, ober, i.e. village top, medium and the bottom but which refers to the Southern Northern orientation and not altitude
