Mitch Pileggi

Mitch Pileggi (April 5th 1952 with Portland cement, Oregon -) is an American actor , mainly known in France for its interpretation of the sub-manager Walter Skinner in the series X-Files, at the borders of reality .

Biography

Mitch started to travel with its family as of the age of seven years and, according to its own expression, " did not stop any more moving during very longtemps". Indeed, his/her father working as Director of operation for a company working for the Department of Defense, it has to travel regularly.

So Mitch passes a good part of its childhood in Turkey. After makehaving made its college there, Mitch makes its academic works in Germany. Then, he discovers the work world by the company of his father in Saudi Arabia, making the shuttle between Saudi Arabia and the United States. Later, he works in Iran for another company.

After the putsch which made fall the government from the Shah, it goes back to the United States where it is directed then towards a career of actor. It settles with Austin with the Texas to play in a theatrical company before returning in California. Over there, it obtains some roles in series like Dallas , Agence all risks or a cop not like the others . It appears in films like Three Hours or the Return of death-alive the .

This athletic actor of one meter eighty-five takes down the first role of a film of Wes Craven, Shocker . He also appears in BASIC Instinct at the time of the scene very famous of the interrogation of Sharon Stone for Michael Douglas.

And at this point in time he postulates (several times besides) to play the part of Walter Skinner in the series X-files until he is retained.

He married with Arlene with Hawaii in 1996.
