Mitch Kapor
Mitchell David Kapor (born in 1950 with Brooklyn, New York) is the founder of Lotus Development Corporation, and the architect of Lotus 1-2-3, celebrates it application often recognized as being responsible for the entry of the Personal computer in the business world, at the beginning of the Années 1980. It was in the forefront at the time of the starter of the revolution of information technologies, as a head of undertaking, investor, activist and philanthropist.
Mitch Kapor was at the public school with Freeport, Long Island. He studied then the Psychologie, the Linguistique, and the Informatique. He was very implied in the animation of the radio of Yale, WYBC-FM, where he worked as a director of the music and a director of the programs.
He founded Lotus Development Corporation in 1982 with Jonathan Sachs, which was responsible for the technical sides. Together, it created Lotus 1-2-3. Mitch Kapor occupied several management positions between 1982 and 1986, and was director until in 1987.
