Mistassini

Mistassini is an old municipality of the Quebec, near the Lac Midsummer's Day, on the Rivière Mistassibi.
- Mistassini is also the name of the more natural big lake of the Quebec.
History
Dolbeau-Mistassini is born on September 14th, 1997 from a fusion between the towns of Dolbeau and Mistassini . By its population (approx. 15.000 hab.), Dolbeau-Mistassini is the fifth city of the Saguenay-Lake-Saint-Jean, and the first of the county of Roberval.
