Melissa Arnette Elliott known as Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliott is a peuse Rap and American singer in the Haitian beginnings.

That which one calls the “Queen of Hip Hop” bears its name well. Biography

Melissa Elliott of Haitian origin was born in Portsmouth in Virginia on July 1st 1971. As of its adolescence, she admired large icons of the music like Michael Jackson or Diana Ross. With three of her friends, it forms the group Fay Z then R&B Sista. In 1991, the group obtains a hearing at Elektra Records but no contract ends.

In collaboration with Tim Mosley alias Timbaland, it takes part in the writing of the album of Jodeci. Thanks to this experiment, they sign titles for Aaliyah, 702, Ginuwine, SWV or Gina Thompson. Missy Elliott produces with her friend Timbaland her first opus Supa Dupa Fly . This last between directly third of the US charts. The album creates sensation for the originality and the creativity that it releases some. Thanks to this success, Missy Elliott by-product albums of Whitney Houston or 702 and remixe of the pieces of Janet Jackson.

In 1999, it leaves Da Real World , whose individual All NR My Grill opens to him the doors of Europe with the remix in duet with MC Solaar.
