Missiri mosque

The Mosque Missiri , built in 1930, is in periphery of Fréjus in the military camp of Caïs.

It is classified historic building since 1987.

It is a counterpart of the Grande mosque of Djenné in Mali.

Origin of the name

The name Missiri comes from Bambara and means Mosquée.

History
