Misogi
Misogi (禊) is a practice shintô of which the goal is the purfication by a water fall or a river. Water and misogi can be comparable like soft practices.
There is SEN Shin tei Misogi Well at the general headquarter of the company of Ki in Japan, where the people can practice the misogi under cool water before the rising of the sun. In Tsubaki Great Shrine, in the Prefecture of Mie, the misogi is practiced under water falls the morning and the afternoon.
Before making the misogi , the people must pass by preliminary meetings of purification. The Femme S must be dressed in a white kimono and a veil. The men put a light clothing which one names Fundoshi and a linen on the head. Then, they start with " to shake the âme" while making rebound their hands on their stomach to be conscious of their heart. Then they start to overheat the calisthenics called cries of bird. While following the leader , the people shout of the evocations which activate the heart, which affirms the potential of each one in order to be carried out, to bind to its heart, and the unification of people with the kami .
