Miscanthus
Miscanthus is a kind of the family of the Poaceae (Graminaceous) originating in Africa and Asia of the south. Some of the species of this kind are called “grass with elephant”. An hybrid, the giant Miscanthus was created with the objectives to produce lignocellulosic biomass in industrial quantity to produce biocarburant or a fuel.
