Mirza Delibašić

Mirza Delibašić , born the January 9th 1954 with Tuzla, deceased the December 8th 2001, is a former player of Basket-ball bosnien playing for the Yugoslavia, at the station of back. He was elected member, on a purely posthumous basis, of FIBA Hall off Famed.

Biography

After having joined the Bosna Sarajevo at the request of the coach Bogdan Tanjevic, it gains with its club of Sarajevo the Euroligue 1979, beating finally large Varèse which takes part in its tenth consecutive final.

In 1980, it joined the Real Madrid where it will obtain the championship in 1982, the world one of the clubs 1981 and will take part in a final of the Coupe of the cuts 1982.

With its selection, it belongs to the second Yugoslav generation gilded, that of the Drazan Dalipagic, Dragan Kicanovic, Kresimir Cosic which gains the Olympic title 1980 with Moscow, after a championship of the world 1978 and two titles European.

In 1993, it builds the first Bosnian selection of basketball at the time of the Mediterranean plays then the championship of Europe which is held in Germany.
