Miquette and its mother are a French film carried out by Henri-Georges Clouzot in 1949.

Summary

Miquette Grandier helped his/her mother to exploit a tobacconist's shop in a small town. Three men turned around it. A marquis on the return, his young person nephews and Montchablon old actor in round. By spite in love Miquette leaves for Paris to make theater accompanied by Montchablon. It finds there the marquis, in love stiff one and even its mother who, thrown into a panic, had followed it. Venture, drive out-crossed… Of return to the country Miquette will marry Urbain and the marquis will comfort himself with Mrs Grandier.
