Minor intervertebral disturbance
Concept creates by Dr. Robert MAIGNE to explain the mechanical common pains of vertebral origin and to justify their treatment by vertebral Manipulation. The diagnosis is done on four operations, who seek only the provocation of a pain (and not a restriction of mobility as in nonmedical osteopathy): side pressure on the thorny one, axial pressure on the thorny one, the pressure-friction on the posterior articulations, pressure of the interépineux ligament. The minor intervertebral disturbance (DIM) represents a minor suffering of the vertebral mobile segment; it does not describe an anatomical lesion, but a " dysfonction" benign reversible; this only segmentary design is supplemented currently by the articular concept of Serrage reflex, more total (using the architectural concept of Tenségrité reported to the rachis) and underlining the role of diminish paraspinales deep.
