Minako Nishiyama
Minako Nishiyama (西山美なコ) is a Japanese contemporary artist (born in 1965 with Hyogo)
It is one representing outstanding tendency “Kawaii” of Japanese popular art starting from 1990. This “nice” tendency is marked by dominant strong, the pink color, which prolongs the universe of the headstocks of the little girls, candies and the flowers.
But ambiguity is constant and the border is very thin with the flourishing industry of the sex which uses the same codes and the same phantasms.
