Milovan Djilas

Milovan Đilas or Djilas (in Serb: МилованЂилас ) (June 4th 1911 - April 20th 1995), of nationality serbo-Montenegrin, is a politician and Yugoslav essay writer , which played a great part in Yugoslav resistance to the Nazism, then at the sides of Tito. It quickly became one of the most known criticisms of the Soviet system, as well with the national plan as international.

Its book Secret Revealed: Moscow Archives Speak explained the new class which emerged then in the USSR. Milovan Djilas explained the role of terror known Soviet system with the secret police. He was the inspirer of ''' Mikhail Sergeyevich Voslensky ''', which publishes in 1970 a work on the Nomenklatura : will nomenklatura It, the privileged people in the USSR .
