Millennium Tower (Vienna)

The Millenium Tower of Vienna is largest Gratte-ciel of Vienna and Austria. Of a height of 202  meters, the offices occupy its surface until 171  meters height. Part of the tower is occupied by a shopping mall, restaurants and a cinema.

Structure

The tower is made up of two cylinders crossed together carried by an iron and steel mixed construction. The company which built it is Habau-Voest-Alpine ARGE MCE.

Use

The tower is occupied mainly by offices, approximately 120 companies of various branches are tenants, of which international large companies like Xerox, which deals here with its activities with Eastern Europe, like much of companies with Vienna, which benefit from the good relationships of Vienna and the Austria with the Eastern European countries. Other tenants are CSC, Inode, Agip, Carlson Wagonlit or Cisco.
