Milan Babić
Milan Babić , born the February 26th 1956 with Kukar (Croatia), found died in its cell the March 5th 2006 (apparently committed suicide), had been condemned in 2004 to thirteen years of prison by the International penal court for ex-Yugoslavia (TPIY, sitting at $the Hague) for war crimes made during the war in Croatia between 1991 and 1995.
Milan Babić, dentist of profession, had become president of the République autoproclamée of Serb of Krajina (RSK) thanks to the support of the government serbo-Montenegrin. He was before mayor of Knin, known like fort of the Serb secessionists during the war.
