Mikis Cerieix

Mikis Cerieix was born the January 19th 1975 with Gassin. He is the son junior by Jean-Yves Cerieix (journalist) and by Genevieve Guillery (known as Galéa, mannequin).

He is the brother of Emmanuelle Béart, of Olivier Guespin, Ivan Cerieix and Sarah Cerieix. Its childhood and its adolescence passed in the Var brought to him a taste pronounced for the adventure, the risk and nature. He was amongst other things volunteer fireman during 6 years.

Is 23 years old, it settles with Paris and very quickly it interress of very close with the Journalisme and starts to work with his brother Ivan Cerieix. Then, he undertakes an improvement with the camera at the school of the image of the Gobelins.

After having worked as deferring for various production units, it leaves in December 2004 to the Sri Lanka, 24:00 after the Tsunami, near the ONG Secouriste without border, of which he since became President besides. The report which it will make on the spot will thus be diffused on M6 in the emission closed Area , special Tsunami .

Since May 2005 Mikis Cerieix works as a journalist and a presenter of the emission of the sports on the chain Direct8 (TNT), like, since June 2006, for the newspaper free daily newspaper Direct evening always for the sport pages.
