Mikhail Victor
Mikhail Victor is a character of the play Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, a member of the U.B.C.S, Militia made up mercenaries and former prisoners of various countries created by Umbrella Corporation.
Originating in Saint-Pétersbourg, Mikhail occupied the station of state major in the army of the Soviet Union. After the bursting of the country, it left the army endeavouring to bring its assistance to the ethnic minority to which his wife belongs. Chief of a guerilla, it was in particular responsible for the attack conducted against an embassy. Surprised by the army whereas it tried to make pass a group of refugees on other side of the border, it is condemned to died and must be made only carry out the following day even its arrest, one member of the safety of Umbrella promises an immediate amnesty for him and his wife to him if it engages in the UBCS where it will order division D.
