Mike Wieringo

Michael " Mike" Wieringo (born the June 24th 1963 - died the August 12th 2007) was a draftsman of Comic S American.

It was initially made know in the industry of the comic-book for its work at cd. Comics on The Flash with the scenario writer Mark Waid with beginning of the year 90. After its short passage on The Flash , Wieringo briefly worked on another title cd., in fact Robin with the scenario writer Chuck Dixon, before leaving cd. for Marvel Comics.

At Marvel, Wieringo worked initially on short projects ( Avengers #400, a mini-series Rogue ) before finally becoming the regular artist of The Sensational Spider-Man with the scenario writer Todd DeZago.

After Spider-Man , the following project of Wieringo was published by Image Comics where it again made team with Dezago on their own series of imagination Tellos . Tellos was not a great success on the level of the sales, and Wieringo turned over to cd. Comics to carry out episodes of Adventures off Superman with the scenario writer Joe Casey.

In 2002, Wieringo returned to Marvel and was again joins together with Mark Waid on the Fantastic Four . They started a passage acclaimed on the title, if popular that Marvel had to reconsider its decision to stop their duet to leave room to Marvel Knights 4 , supposed series more adult being. The two series cohabited finally and Waid and Wieringo finished their passage on the Fantastic Four beginning 2005.

He then worked on a new series Spider-Man baptized Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man with the scenario writer Peter David, at the end of 2005, then one on a mini-series Spider-Man/Fantastic Four with Jeff Parker.

Mike Wieringo is deceased, at 44 years, of the continuations of an heart attack.
