Mike Vernon

Michael " Mike" Vernon (born the February 24th 1963 with Calgary in the Alberta (Canada)) is a Canadian professional player of hockey. It was withdrawn from the competition in 2002 by finishing its prestigious career where all had started with the Flames of Calgary.

Guard of prestige it however gained only a Coupe Stanley in 1997 with the Red Wings de Détroit, where it will make a passage as much noticed than remarkable. He will also play for the Sharks de San Jose and the Panthers of Florida. Its shirt (n°30) will be withdrawn in 2007 by Calgary. Vernon will remain like one of the very best guard of these twenty last years.
