Mike Hawthorn

John Michael Hawthorn (born the April 10th 1929 with Mexborough, in the Yorkshire, in England - died the January 22nd 1959) was a pilot of automobile race English, whose promising career brutally was stopped by its disappearance in a road accident a few months after he had been crowned world champion of Formule 1 in 1958 by preceding Stirling Moss.

Mike Hawthorn had gained the 24 hours of Mans in 1955.
