Mikasa (三笠市, Mikasa-shi ) is a city located on the island of Hokkaidō at the Japan.

In 2003, the city counts a population estimated at 12  634 inhabitants, with a density of 41,75 hb/km ². Its total surface area is of 302,64 km ².

The city was founded on April 1st 1957 in the honor of the prince Takahito Mikasa.
