Mikaera Tewhata

Mikaera Tewhata , born on June 22nd, 1976, is a player of Rugby to XV New Zealand which evolves/moves at the station of second line within the manpower of the Bayonne Aviron (1,95 m for 115 kg).

The August 16th 2007, whereas the team of Ireland beats the Bayonne Aviron 42-6 in match of preparation to the world cup 2007, it wounds Brian O' Driscoll with the face following a punch. This last suffers from a fracture of the sine and is likely to miss the first match of the world cup against the team of Namibia (match which he will play finally). The August 18th, Mikaera Tewhata is suspended administratively by the FR while waiting for a definite decision about it and the Bayonne Oar decides more to make it play at the time of its friendly matches. Finally the September 25th the sanction falls and Mikaera Tewhata bails out 40 days of suspension and is thus requalified the very same day.
